We will be hosting the BMG Festival over this weekend as well as taking part in it.

Oct 20 Friday Crowborough Community Centre, Pine Grove, TN6 1FE. . 7:30pm Crowborough

This will be our second visit to the Crowborough Community Centre where we hope to entertain another excellent audience. Local sopranos, Nicola Stock and Maria Porter will be joining us. Featuring work by Monteverdi, Delibes and many others.

Valmai and Brian will be joining us again to play some lovely folk tunes on English concertinas.

This will be our first visit to the Petworth Fringe. We will be playing our usual eclectic mix of material new and old and our soloists will be Bryan Creer and Valmai Goodyear playing English concertinas.

After our success in Brighton at the Festival Fringe we move on to Burgess Hill where concertina players, Valmai Goodyear and Bryan Creer will join us again. The program will include some folk tunes with them as well as the usual mix of contemporary to baroque interpretations for mandolin orchestra.

The British BMG Federation Festival is held every 2 years and will take place in Glasgow this year. As an orchestra we will be entering the main orchestral competition on Sunday, 13th and will also be entering some small groups in other competitions.
Many of us will be attending workshops with the aim of improving our future performances!
